LeaseTrack allows you to digitally receive and retrieve copies of your invoices, credit notes and signed agreements and is your primary route to send requests directly to our teams via the My Requests function.

Getting Started

LeaseTrack Step by Step Registration Process

When you visit the LeaseTrack website for the first time you will be presented with two options. Login or Register. This step by step covers how you can complete the registration process.

Select the “Register” button as shown on the image, to progress to the next step.


In your welcome letter or an invoice you will have your contract number and or your customer reference number.

Now you will complete the three step registration process. To start this press next.

3. Identification Step


Enter your agreement number and customer number found on your welcome letter or
an invoice then click “Search”.

4. Your Details Step


LeaseTrack will then search for your details from our records.

Your details will be displayed here. From this screen you can:

  • Amend the language
  • Add a phone number
  • Check and accept your details

If the details shown here are not correct, please select “Update Details” and provide us with the correct information – We will then update your contact information accordingly and notify you via email notification when the registration process has been complete.

5. Registration Complete


Once you have confirmed you details, you will receive an email within 10 minutes, containing your username and a temporary password.

Please keep this User ID safe, as you will need this to sign in.

Please note: If you have had to submit a request to change your registration details you will receive your log in details by email within 24 hours.

6. Password Reset


The link displayed in the email takes to a
‘set your new password’ screen.

Once your password is validated you are allset up and able to access your account.
